Rug Cleaning Disclaimer
Due to the nature of rug fibers, dyes, construction, age, and prior conditions, cleaning may result in changes to color, texture, shedding, odor, or overall appearance. While every rug is carefully evaluated and handled using professional methods, certain outcomes are beyond our control.
In particular, rugs affected by pet urine may experience discoloration, dye loss, color bleeding, or permanent color changes due to the pH and chemical composition of urine. These effects are the result of pre-existing damage and not the cleaning process itself.
Additionally, high-traffic areas, heavy soiling, staining, wear patterns, and fiber breakdown may not be fully reversible through cleaning. Cleaning improves appearance and hygiene but cannot restore fibers that are already worn, damaged, or deteriorated.
By proceeding with rug cleaning services, clients acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and understand that results may vary.
